With so many pictures stored on mobile devices, why not let your employees use their phones or tablets to upload a new employee photo? Your employees can take matters into their own hands and manage their photos directly from the app.

Once you’ve  requested this feature to be enabled, employees can upload a photo for the first time by navigating to their Personal Info page, clicking the camera icon, and then selecting an existing photo from their device or taking a new one. Swapping out an existing photo is just as easy with employees clicking their picture and selecting Edit.

Your organization can choose whether approval is required prior to photos going live. As soon as a new photo is uploaded from the app, it will be reflected in all locations where employee pictures are displayed, including the org chart and employee directory.

Please note, as we work to provide a mobile-first experience for employees, this functionality is currently only available on the Mobile App.

If you currently have the Mobile App enabled please email the HCM Service Team with the below information to update roles:

• Roles who should have access
• Is a workflow approval process required?
• If so, advise how the approval process should flow.
