Presidents’ Day 2023: Monday, February 20th , 2023

As you may be aware, the next Federal Banking Holiday is Presidents’ Day, Monday, February 20th, 2023. Please note that the PlanSource HCM offices are CLOSED

 

Payroll Deadline Changes:

Tuesday, February 21st pay dates: Close payroll by – Thursday February 16th

Wednesday, February 22nd pay dates: Close payroll by – Friday February 17th

If your payroll is not closed by the above deadline (2 business days prior to pay date) the following processes will be impacted:

  • Payroll invoice amounts must be WIRED
  • Tax payments cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, February 23rd
  • Pay checks cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, February 23rd
  • Direct Deposits cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, February 23rd
