Accelerated Payroll – Banking Holiday & PlanSource Closure

The next Federal Banking Holiday is Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 23^rd, 2023.

Please note the PlanSource HCM offices are CLOSED both Thursday and Friday, the 23^rd& 24^th.

Payroll Deadline Changes

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 24^th PAY DATES: Close by Tuesday, November 21st

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 27^th PAY DATES: Close by Tuesday, November 21st

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 28^th PAY DATES: Close by Wednesday, November 22nd

All payrolls MUST be completed by 12 Noon EST two (2) BUSINESS days prior to your pay date.  No pay dates should be dated for Thursday 11/23/2023; IF you have a pay date dated 11/23/2023 please contact the HCM service team to have it updated it.

If your payroll is not closed by the above deadline (2 business days prior to pay date) the following processes will be impacted:

• Payroll invoice amounts must be WIRED
• Tax payments cannot be guaranteed until Tuesday, November 28th
• Pay checks cannot be guaranteed until Tuesday, November 28th
• Direct Deposits cannot be guaranteed until Monday PM, November 27th

We will not be able to track delayed packages, fund emergency tax payments or troubleshoot additional errors resulting from a late payroll closure during the holiday.
