Memorial Day 2020: Monday, May 31, 2021

As you may be aware, the next Federal Banking Holiday is Memorial Day, Monday, May 31, 2021.

Please note that the PlanSource HCM offices are CLOSED. If you have a pay date dated for Monday, May 31st, please call or email the service team to update your pay date for a different Date

Payroll Deadline Changes

All payrolls MUST be completed by 12 Noon EST two (2) BUSINESS days prior to your pay date.

TUESDAY, JUNE 1st PAY DATES: Close by Thursday, May 27

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 2ND PAY DATES: Close by Friday, May 28

If your payroll is not closed by the above deadline (2 business days prior to pay date) the following processes will be impacted:

  • Payroll invoice amounts must be WIRED
  • Tax payments cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, June 3rd
  • Pay checks cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, June 3rd
  • Direct Deposits cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, June 3rd

We will not be able to track delayed packages, fund emergency tax payments or troubleshoot additional errors resulting from a late payroll closure during the holiday.
