UKG Pro Onboarding December Updates
The UKG Pro® Onboarding solution has been updated with new enhancements that will keep you compliant and help provide the best possible experience for your employees. Highlighted below are the updates applied to UKG Pro® Onboarding in the December 2022 release.
General Settings Toggle for Rehire Functionality
To enhance the existing rehire functionality, a new Rehire toggle is available on the General Onboarding Settings page. This option is delivered On. Selecting Off for this option prevents a rehire notification tag from displaying in the new hire’s status.
Change to Address Fields
To better align with UKG Pro, the Address fields are now limited to 30 characters each.
Audit Report by New Hire Name
An audit report is available to provide the history of a single new hire by their first and last name.
Restrict View of US Disability Form
A new Restrict View of US Disability Form option is available on the General Onboarding Settings page. This option is delivered Off, which allows onboarding owners and administrators to view a new hire’s Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form. When this option is set to On, they cannot view the form.
2022 US State Tax Form Updates
To ensure compliance with 2022 statutory form requirements, the following tax forms have been updated to the latest version:
- Georgia W-4
- Indiana WH-4
- Kentucky K-4
- Michigan MI-W4
- Washington, DC Notice of Hire – Employment Status and Acknowledgement of Wage Rate(s)
