Deadline for Project Requests for 1/1 Effective Date

Do you have any organizational projects that will required assistance from the HCM Service Team? Below is a common list of requests for a 1/1 effective date. In order for our team to meet a 1/1 deadline for these items, we must have the initial request no later than 12/15 in order to prioritize accordingly.

If you anticipate any of the following changes, please notify hcmservice@plansource.com immediately:

• New Component Company (FEIN)
• New Pay Group OR Change in Pay Frequency
• PTO Plan Updates and Changes
• Bank Account Changes
• Pending Merger or Acquisition
• 401k Match Updates or Vendor Changes
• GL Updates
