Platform Overview and Global Reach: UKG Pro WFM is a global workforce management solution supporting over 150 countries and 17 languages, designed to accommodate various industries such as healthcare, transportation, and hospitality, and to provide a consistent, mobile-first experience for employees and managers regardless of location.

Employee Mobile Experience: WFM contains mobile app capabilities, including punching in/out with geofencing, viewing schedules, requesting time off, shift swapping, and accessing notifications. People Assist Functionality and Demonstration

Employee Self-Service Experience: Employees can use People Assist via desktop or mobile to search for HR information, access personalized articles based on their profile, and submit requests such as payroll issues or tuition reimbursement, with the system routing requests to the appropriate HR or payroll team.

Request Form Creation and Routing: HR teams can create custom request forms by dragging and dropping fields, setting requirements, and configuring routing rules so that requests are automatically directed to the correct team or individual based on the request type.

Administrator Case Management: The admin interface allows HR or payroll administrators to view, manage, and respond to requests, track SLAs, communicate with employees, use answer templates for consistent responses, and triage or close cases, with all interactions and status changes logged within the case.

Digital Processes and Task Automation: The session detailed how digital processes can be built for scenarios like terminations, grievances, or onboarding, assigning tasks to relevant parties (e.g., IT, HR, accounting), tracking completion, and allowing for dynamic task addition during process execution.
