Columbus Day 2025: Monday, October 13th, 2025
As you may be aware, the next Federal Banking Holiday is Columbus Day, Monday, October 13th, 2025. Please note that the PlanSource HCM offices are OPEN, however if you have a payroll dated for Monday, October 13th, please call or email the service team to update your pay date for a different date. Additionally, no supplemental payrolls may be requested for a pay date of Monday, October 13th.
Payroll Deadline Changes
Tuesday, October 14th Pay Dates – Close by Thursday, October 9th
Wednesday, October 15th Pay Dates – Close by Friday, October 10th
If your payroll is not closed by the above deadline (2 business days prior to pay date) the following processes will be impacted:
- Payroll invoice amounts must be WIRED
- Tax payments may be delayed
- Pay checks may be delayed
- Direct Deposits may be delayed
