As you may be aware, the next Federal Banking Holiday is Juneteenth, Monday June 19th, 2023. Please note that the PlanSource HCM offices are CLOSED

Payroll Deadline Changes

TUESDAY JUNE 20th PAY DATES: Close payroll by – Thursday, June 15th

WEDNESDAY JUNE 21st PAY DATES: Close payroll by – Friday, June 16th

If your payroll is not closed by the above deadline (2 business days prior to pay date) the following processes will be impacted:

  • Payroll invoice amounts must be WIRED
  • Tax payments cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, June 22nd
  • Pay checks cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, June 22nd
  • Direct Deposits cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, June 22nd
