Accelerated Payroll – Banking Holiday & PlanSource Closure

Martin Luther King Day 2025: Monday, January 20^th, 2025

As you may be aware, the next Federal Banking Holiday is: Martin Luther King Day, Monday, January 20^th, 2025.

Please note that the PlanSource HCM offices are closed, NO payrolls may have a pay date of Monday, January 20^th, 2025.

Please call or email the service team to update your pay date for a different date, if you have any payrolls dated for the federal banking holiday.

Additionally, no supplemental payrolls may be requested for a pay date of Monday, January 20^th, 2025.

Payroll Deadline Changes:

Tuesday, January 21^st pay dates: Close payroll by – Thursday, January 16^th

Wednesday, January 22^nd pay dates: Close payroll by – Friday, January 17^th  

If your payroll is not closed by the above deadline (2 business days prior to pay date) the following processes will be impacted:

• Payroll invoice amounts must be WIRED
• Tax payments cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, January 23^rd
• Pay checks cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, January 23^rd
• Direct Deposits cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, January 23^rd
