The next Federal Banking Holiday is Labor Day, Monday, September 1, 2025. Please note the PlanSource HCM offices will be CLOSED.
Payroll Deadline Changes
All payrolls MUST be completed by 12 Noon EST two (2) BUSINESS days prior to your pay date. No payrolls can be dated 09/01/2025; If you have any payrolls dated for September 1st, please contact the HCM service team to update it.
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2nd PAY DATES: Close by Thursday, August 28th
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3rd PAY DATES: Close by Friday, August 29th
If your payroll is not closed by the above deadline (2 business days prior to pay date) the following processes will be impacted:
- Payroll invoice amounts must be WIRED
- Tax payments may be delayed
- Pay checks may be delayed
- Direct Deposits may be delayed
We will not be able to track delayed packages, fund emergency tax payments or troubleshoot additional errors resulting from a late payroll closure during the holiday.
