Presidents’ Day 2026: Monday, February 16th , 2026
As you may be aware, the next Federal Banking Holiday is Presidents’ Day, Monday, February 16th, 2026. Please note that the PlanSource HCM offices are CLOSED. Please call or email the Service Team to modify your pay date if your payroll falls on the holiday, no supplemental payrolls may be requested for the 16th as well.
Payroll Deadline Changes:
Tuesday, February 17th pay dates: Close payroll by – Thursday February 12th
Wednesday, February 18th pay dates: Close payroll by – Friday February 13th
If your payroll is not closed by the above deadline (2 business days prior to pay date) the following processes will be impacted:
- Payroll invoice amounts must be WIRED
- Tax payments may be delayed
- Pay checks may be delayed
- Direct Deposits may be delayed
