The next Federal Banking Holiday is Labor Day, Monday, September 7, 2020
Please note the PlanSource HCM offices will be CLOSED.
Payroll Deadline Changes
All payrolls MUST be completed by 12 Noon EST two (2) BUSINESS days prior to your pay date. No payrolls can be dated 09/07/2020; If you have any payrolls dated for September 7th please contact the HCM service team to update it.
TUESDAY PAY DATES 09/08/20: Close by Thursday, September 3rd
WEDNESDAY PAY DATES 09/09/20: Close by Friday, September 4th
If your payroll is not closed by the above deadline (2 business days prior to pay date) the following processes will be impacted:
- Payroll invoice amounts must be WIRED
- Tax payments cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, Sept 10th
- Pay checks cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, Sept 10th
- Direct Deposits cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, Sept 10th
We will not be able to track delayed packages, fund emergency tax payments or troubleshoot additional errors resulting from a late payroll closure during the holiday.
