Memorial Day 2020: Monday, May 25, 2020
As you may be aware, the next Federal Banking Holiday is Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, 2020.
Please note that the PlanSource HCM offices are CLOSED. If you have a pay date dated for Monday, May 25th please call or email the service team to update your pay date for a different Date
Payroll Deadline Changes
All payrolls MUST be completed by 12 Noon EST two (2) BUSINESS days prior to your pay date.
WEDNESDAY PAY DATES: Close by Friday, May 22
If your payroll is not closed by the above deadline (2 business days prior to pay date) the following processes will be impacted:
- Payroll invoice amounts must be WIRED
- Tax payments cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, May 28
- Pay checks cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, May 28
- Direct Deposits cannot be guaranteed until Thursday, May 28
We will not be able to track delayed packages, fund emergency tax payments or troubleshoot additional errors resulting from a late payroll closure during the holiday.
