Accelerated Payroll – Banking Holiday & PlanSource Closures
Thanksgiving: Thursday, Nov 24th, 2022
The next Federal Banking Holiday is Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 24th, 2022.
Please note the PlanSource HCM offices are CLOSED both Thursday and Friday, the 24th& 25th.
Payroll Deadline Changes
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 25TH PAY DATES: Close by Tuesday, November 22nd
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 28TH PAY DATES: Close by Tuesday, November 22nd
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 29TH PAY DATES: Close by Wednesday, November 23rd
All payrolls MUST be completed by 12 Noon EST two (2) BUSINESS days prior to your pay date. No pay dates should be dated for Thursday 11/24/2022; IF you have a pay date dated 11/24/2022 please contact the HCM service team to have it updated it.
If your payroll is not closed by the above deadline (2 business days prior to pay date) the following processes will be impacted:
- Payroll invoice amounts must be WIRED
- Tax payments cannot be guaranteed until Tuesday, November 29th
- Pay checks cannot be guaranteed until Tuesday, November 29th
- Direct Deposits cannot be guaranteed until Monday PM, November 28th
We will not be able to track delayed packages, fund emergency tax payments or troubleshoot additional errors resulting from a late payroll closure during the holiday.
