FINAL DAY – Type 3 1/1 OE Wizard
A Type III Open Enrollment is a complex OE requiring a minimum of 15 business days to configure (Nov 22 & 23 are NOT business days.) Any Type III OE wizards received after this deadline will NOT be completed for a 1/1 effective date.
We encourage clients to submit their OE wizard ASAP, however, if you do submit on this date, keep in mind the following:
The earliest OE window open date for employees will be Wednesday, November 28, 2018
EDI feeds to new carriers will NOT be active by the new plan year start date of 1/1/2018
If you require an OE window earlier than 11/28/2018, you must submit your wizard 15 business days prior to your desired window start date. Expedited configuration MAY be available on a first-come, first-served basis and does result in additional fees.
