2018 W-2  – 10 Days Left

To help our customers prepare for W-2 season, we will have generated YTD W-2 Form data for your review as of Dec 4, 2018. Please Review the W-2 Detail Report under Standard Reports as soon as possible to identify any potential corrections to your YTD 2018 data. Discrepancies requiring adjustments should be sent to the HCM Service Team.

NOTE: Change requests for 2018 wages received after December 18, 2018 will result in W2C’s. There are ten (10) days remaining to submit adjustment & project requests to be completed by 1/1/2019.

W-2 Data Review

  • If you have requested any new earnings or deductions in 2018, or have special reporting requirements for specific earning codes, please review YTD W-2 information for accurate reporting.
  • Box 12DD will be populated with the total cost of employer sponsored health plan medical dollars, based on what is in the HCM system. Please review Box 12DD to ensure accuracy.
  • As an administrator, you will be able to view draft W2’s in employee files. Employees do NOT have access to see these 2018 draft W2s online.
