New StratusTime Functionality: Exclude additional break and meal premium rules if one premium is applied in a day

A new feature will be available in both Meal and Break sections of Payroll Policies to limit the number of meal/break premiums that can apply to a timecard. Current functionality allows for up to three meal premiums and three break premiums to be trigged and added to the timecard. However, for California clients, they are limited to only allow up to a maximum of one of each type of premium per day.

Note: With the release of this new functionality, the feature will be turned on by default which means if you are using the meal/break premium setup that has more than one rule (for meal and/or break) to apply per day will be affected by this update and the feature will need to be turned off for them in order to continue to receive more than one premium (of each type).
