There will be an upgrade to UKG Pro® People Analytics (formerly UltiPro Business Intelligence) solution to IBM® Cognos® version 11.2.4FP3 to further optimize your reporting performance and bring you various enhancements, including a redesigned user interface and increased search bar functionality.
The upgrade is coming to your production environment on Friday, June 7th. Here is some important information you need to know:
- You should not use your People Analytics environment or schedule reports to run while the upgrade is being applied on June 7.
- All “public folders” and “my folders” content will automatically be included with your upgrade. You do not need to rewrite any content and no action is required on your part.
Once your environment upgrade is complete, we recommend reviewing the following guide to familiarize yourself with the new version and practice running reports.
