Mark your calendars! PlanSource HCM’s May release is scheduled to be released on May 21st, 2026. Included in this upgrade are bug fixes and new features designed to make the system more user-friendly and functional. Several of these items were implemented directly from client feedback and suggestions.
UKG Onboarding/Recruiting users – HCM will reach out to you directly after the Release with updates to the platforms, including an enhanced Process Hires sync and Recruiting quick apply options!

Payroll change audit automatically tracks manual changes made to employee pay data real-time in the Payroll change audit page.
The system saves the details of edits made for the following pay types:
- Regular pays
- Additional pays
- Instant checks
- Standard adjustments
Generate Payroll AI Reports – Access Enablement Required (SOP Linked Here)
The Payroll AI Reports page allows you access to an AI reporting tool where you can receive real-time pay data by asking payroll questions.
The system instantly generates results from the current payroll (batch) or historical payroll data. Using this tool, you can ask questions to quickly analyze payroll data and run reports that contain key payroll insights.
UKG Pro Mobile App – New Experience Home page & App Intents – Access Enablement Required (SOP’s Linked below)

For the UKG Pro Mobile App, the May release introduces the controlled release of a more efficient and intuitive mobile app Home experience that will help employees quickly see what matters, be more proactive, and stay informed. Modernizing the mobile Home experience delivers actionable insights the moment employees open the app. It features more contextual shortcuts, sections, and actions based on mobile app user roles and product environment.
The Mobile App will also support the use of App Intents (iOS) which allow users to issue voice commands and have the app respond by navigating directly to the relevant area within the mobile app.
