Nettime Solutions Release Notes – 02/18/2026

New Functionality: New Alert Notifications

Three new alerts are available for setup to increase awareness of important actions that may need to be taken. These new alerts can be found within the – Configuration > Payroll Processing > Alerts section within Nettime Solutions.

  • Time Card Approval Reminder: Notifies a manager to approve an employee’s timecard at a set time of day. It can be set to be a reoccurring alert set up weekly, specific day of the month, or specific date of the month.
  • Time Card Premium Applied: An alert will be generated when specified premiums (Meal Premium, Break Premium, Split Shift Premium) are applied to the employee’s timecard.
  • Terminal Offline: Alerts managers when one or more specified terminals (clock terminals) go offline for over X hours between a timeframe. It can be set to be a reoccurring alert set up weekly, specific day of the month, or specific date of the month.
