New Functionality: Inactive Labor Levels Hidden
The checkbox for “Hide inactive Labor Levels” will remain checked so that it does not need to continuously be checked each time a user views the Assign Labor Levels window. It remains checked when viewing additional employees, navigating to configuration and back, and even if the site is closed and reopened. Clearing cookies/cache will reset the box to be unchecked. This only applies to the Assign Labor Levels section of the employee profile.
New Functionality: Additional Fields available for the Employee Information Export
Additional fields are being added to be available within the Employee Information Export. The Employee Information Export can be found under “Reports > Exports” and can be utilized to pull various demographic and setup information for your employees. If you have any additional questions on how to utilize this export, please reach out to the Service Team
New Functionality: Monthly Cumulative Labor Report
A new report called the Monthly Cumulative Labor Report has been added to your available reports in Stratus. This report will allow you to select start and end dates for reporting labor level totals by month for both work and non-work pay types. It will also allow the input of a “target” goal per month.
