As a valued client of the Stratus Time system, we would like to make you aware of the newest Feature Enhancements and Releases to your time-keeping system.
New Functionality: Are you using Weighted Overtime in Stratus Time? If so – an enhancement has been deployed to calculate non-work pay type straight time. The system will now allow any non-work type to be configured to be calculated at a weighted straight time rate. For example, California clients will find this useful for their Sick pay requiring to be paid at a calculated rate. There will be a new checkbox within the non-work pay type labelled “Pay at Weighted Straight Time” that can be checked to have that pay type’s rate calculated based on the hours and rates applied to the timecard within that week. Please reference the attached setup guides for further details on both Weighted Straight Time & Non-Work Pay Types Setups.

Note: Non-Work straight time will not calculate if you do not also use Weighted Overtime. This functionality also includes the requirement of importing pay rates.
