My Inbox – Update
We previously communicated the enablement of My Inbox within your UKG Pro environment to ensure you receive timely Mobile App notifications. The HCM Service Team will be disabling “Inbox” from all user roles starting on March 31st, 2025.
To prepare for the disablement:
- Ensure you are familiar with the functionalities of My Inbox. An overview and actions SOP is attached below for your reference from our previous communication
- Ensure any requests from Inbox are approved as of January 15th 2025, when the Service Team enabled “My Inbox” within your UKG Pro environment. Requests past this date exisit in both Inboxes.
- Request details past disablement can still be accessible through Requests in Workflow Administration, or Business Intelligence Reporting

My Inbox provides a list of messages and actionable tasks within your UKG Pro Solution. You can access the My Inbox from any page within the UKG Pro by selecting the message indicator on the top navigation bar.
Request filters are available using the: All, Urgent, Active and Done filters on the Action Items tab. Advanced filters are also available to view notifications for a specific time frame, notification type, “urgent status” and much more.

My Inbox has been enabled within your UKG Pro environment to coincide with the new UKG Pro Mobile App. Both Inbox, and My Inbox will be enabled to ensure all requests are approved. They will not be available simultaneously for an extended period of time, as it is not recommended as a long-term solution. The HCM Service Team will communicate a planned disablement date within the coming weeks.
