Home Company Field – Mass Import Tool
The “Add Employee” business process in the Import Tool now includes the capability to include the HomeCoID field or the Home Company Code. For multi-company hire imports, this field allows administrators to choose the component company to assign as the employee’s home company. The target field has validation to ensure that only component company codes in an employee’s record can be imported as a home company. If the import file does not have a home company specified in the import file, then the employee’s original company is maintained as the home company. Please reach out to the HCM Service Team to assist with adding the field to your import, if needed.
Mobile App Usage Insights Support
Usage Insights allows UKG administrators to review and monitor how UKG Pro mobile app users engage with the app. These statistics and trends give administrators the tools to make informed decisions about how to optimize the UKG Pro mobile app experience. This enhancement is enabled and available to administrators by default with mobile app access. Administrators access Usage Insights by going to Menu > Usage Insights within the Mobile App.
Access Usage Insights to see reference details, including:
– At-a-glance graphical charts showing the ratio of Android to iOS users. Two views include:
— Total number of unique visitors by platform (iOS and Android) for the last 30 days.
— Total number of unique visitors by platform (iOS and Android) for the last 365 days.
– Summary details showing the number of views for specific app pages, including Pay Hub, Employee Summary, Search, Settings, and so on.
