When the Payroll Gateway Analytics tool is enabled, your payroll displays a Compare this payroll section. You can compare the data of the current payroll to any payroll of the same type (regular or off-cycle) up to the first pay date of the prior year. The analytics data refreshes each time you run a payroll process after the calculation step, or if you exit the Payroll Overview page and navigate back to the page.

This tool offers multiple benefits to enhance your payroll processing experience, including:

• Quick access to view and edit payroll issues directly from the payroll overview page, while processing payroll.
• Saves time searching and running through Standard Reports to find potential payroll issues.
• Eliminates the need to navigate from the Payroll Overview page to run pre-check and payroll summary reports.
