There will be an upgrade to UKG Pro® People Analytics (formerly UltiPro Business Intelligence) solution to version 12.1.0. The upcoming upgrade provides enhancements to the portal user interface, additional search functionality, access to the “Assistant”, and more.
The upgrade is coming to your production environment on Friday, April 17th, 2026. Here is some important information you need to know:
- You should not use your People Analytics environment or schedule reports to run while the upgrade is being applied on April 17th between 3:00 – 5:00 AM EST.
- Query Studio Reports are being deprecated with the upgrade to 12.1.0. The Plansource HCM Team has converted all publicly accessible Team Content Reports. Please ensure to review the reports within your My Content prior to the upgrade and convert any Query Studio Reports, if needed. The attached guide will provide instructions on how to convert reports.
