05/01/2026 Update – The April Minor Release has been cancelled to ensure a smooth rollout for upcoming major releases. The items planned for the April Release will be continuously deployed through other service releases.
The UKG Pro April release items will be deployed on 04/10/2026, please review the included documents for more details into each new enhancement! This months release includes updates to the UKG Pro Mobile App, UKG Onboarding and CA Pay Data Reporting, which is due May 13th, 2026.
The EEOC has not yet announced the deadlines for employers to report 2025 federal data. For reports due in 2026, employers should expect the same core requirements: demographic data collection during the fall 2025 snapshot period, with filing due in spring or summer of the following year. Please refer to the EEO1 & CA Pay Data Reporting Guide for instructions on the reporting process.
