As a valued client of the UKG Pro Recruiting System, we would like to make you aware of the newest functionalities and Information. Following the November 2026 Feature Release, slated for November 4th-5th of 2026, the UKG Pro Recruiting solution will be available only in the New Experience to ensure users have access to the latest Recruiting updates and enhancements. As a result, even if a user has the New Experience toggle turned off in their UKG Pro solution, the New Experience will still be displayed when accessing Recruiting. Please ensure users of the platform are aware of the New Experience requirement.
New Functionality: Quick Apply Feature
With the new Quick Apply feature in Recruiting, applicants can now apply with just a first name, last name and phone number using a short, mobile-friendly form. This can reduce candidate drop-offs and help you fill roles faster. Applicants can select the Quick Apply button on an opportunity to quickly apply for the position.
New Functionality: LinkedIn Third-party Job Board Feature
LinkedIn is now available as a third-party job board in the Recruiting solution. With this release, you can now publish job postings to LinkedIn using the same streamlined workflow you already use for other integrated job boards — saving time, reducing manual effort, and creating a more consistent recruiting experience across platforms.
