As we approach the end of 2024, we want to share essential updates and deadlines related to both the legacy and new mobile apps by UKG.
New UKG Mobile App Launch Date Update
We previously communicated that UKG would be turning on the new UKG Mobile App within your environments by December 31st, if you had not done so already. This date has been delayed to January 10th-15th, 2025. Once activated, users can download and start using the new mobile app. We strongly encourage activating the app prior to this date to allow ample time for your Team to adjust. We have provided FAQ attachments again for further details.
My Inbox Settings
To ensure managers receive important notifications when switching to the new UKG Pro app, the My Inbox feature in both the UKG Pro and UKG Pro WFM system settings must be enabled within your UKG environment. My Inbox and Inbox can be used simultaneously; however, it is not recommended as a long-term solution for Inbox configuration. The HCM Service Team will enable this feature within your environment, and for any roles that currently have access to “Inbox” by January 15th, 2025. We will communicate additional information when the “Inbox” feature will be disabled, as well as additional helpful how-to’s on My Inbox actions.
