As we approach the end of the quarter, we wanted to share a reminder related to the legacy mobile app by UKG.
March 31st, 2025: All legacy apps will be removed from the app stores, and mobile users will need to be using the new UKG Pro mobile app. If you have employees who continue to use a legacy app after March 2025, they may experience performance and functionality issues, as UKG will not be offering support services, deploying fixes, or releasing updates to those apps.
Please note employees will need to manually delete the apps from their devices, as it will not be done automatically.
