California law requires a private employer with 100 or more employees to file an annual Pay Data Report with the California Civil Rights Department (CRD). In addition, California law requires a private employer with 100 or more workers hired through labor contractors to file a separate annual Pay Data Report.
One or both of these filing requirements may apply to your organization. The portal to submit a Pay Data Reporting covering calendar year 2024 is open as of February 3rd, 2025. Pay Data Reports covering calendar year 2024 must be filed no later than May 14, 2025.
