StratusTime – Release Notes November 15th, 2023

As a valued client of the StratusTime system, we would like to make you aware of the newest Feature Enhancements and Releases to StratusTime.

Enhancements

Add functionality to alert employees that Time off request should be submitted in advance (as per limit)

• New Functionality: A new setting within the time off policy setup will allow the ability to define a set number of days that a time off request must be submitted prior to the day being requested. Sub settings allow for denial of request, or to alert the employee of the restriction, but still allow the request to be sent. The name of the time off type with this turned on will populate in the warning message.

EE Timecard enhancements (hover for clock in/out time, auto meal display update)

• New Functionality: Legacy employee timecard view will now have hover overs for clock in and out showing the rounded and actual times of the punch (similar to the manager dashboard timecard view). Auto meals will now be colored purple and be italicized to resemble more closely to the manager dashboard.
