Minimum Wage Updates

Please see the attached document that highlights recently announced upcoming Minimum Wage Increases for the states of Washington, Arizona, California, and Michigan.

This is a general reminder from your PlanSource HCM Service Team to always evaluate future state minimum wage increases and review your employee records in order to make changes ahead of processing a payroll with impacted data. This may require updating your time clock rate of pay and/or the HCM system directly.

To assist with identifying employee records currently below any states Minimum Wage, you may copy/paste the attached report query into a new BI report for your use. This report will provide a listing of employees current hourly pay rate along with their work location state.
