Though the two Diversity Dashboards are extremely similar, they are ultimately different tools.

The HR Diversity Dashboard was created to help bring you additional employee insights as well as support demographic and pay data reporting at the state level. Here are some of the features:

• Enhanced filtering- Within the dashboard, you’ll be able to filter your people by company, work location, state, ethnic ID and more. As you filter, graphs will update in real time, allowing you to see a snapshot of your employee demographics.
• Configurable date ranges- Pull current and historical demographic and pay data for compliance and state-level reporting by entering any customized date range.
• Simplify exporting data- Export data via a CSV file for easy reformatting and uploading to state sites such as Illinois for compliance legislation. The export file will only contain employees based on the filtering options you choose. Once you export the data, it’ll be available to download from the File Transfers page.

The Business Intelligence Diversity Dashboard was created to allow customers to:

• Dive into specific reporting details regarding the average annual salary by gender or ethnicity to ensure pay is equitable.
• Review data related to specific Fair Labor Standards Act types by gender and ethnicity for complete visibility into the customer’s workforce.
• Utilize new filters and graphs to determine how many supervisors are present in the org by gender and ethnicity to analyze trends.
• Found within UKG Pro People Analytics by navigating to: UltiPro BI Content > UltiPro BI for Core HR and Payroll > UltiPro Delivered Dashboards
